Brunch is my favorite. Having friends over is my favorite. Combine the two and it's a great way to start a Sunday. I only wish we had been doing it all summer, but it's never too late to make it a monthly thing. I already have big plans for a fall brunch. (Pumpkin waffles with cranberry syrup??!!) On our menu today was mini vegetable frittatas, french bread and brie, a fresh fruit salad with a honey dressing and of course, bacon & sausage. (that I had to go out and buy last minute because it's not brunch without it according to Frank!) Oh! And mimosas! Those are my favorite too. Recipes to come.
