Tea has many benefits but it doesn't get much better than green tea. Used as a healer in Chinese medicine for over 4,000 years, it is abundant with antioxidants (Catechin Polypehnols, to be exact). Drinking 3-4 (and some say more!) cups a day will maximize the health benefits but be careful because it does contain caffeine. (Less than coffee though!)
