It's become a habit of mine to take pictures of pretty much everything and anything. I love playing with my camera (I'm still learning how to use it on the manual setting.) so I always have 900 pictures I want to share. This past weekend I went to Brooklyn to visit my sister and her boyfriend and to celebrate his birthday at Prospect Park. My sister is an amazing photographer, she was the one who inspired me to get a DSLR camera. Most of these pictures are ones she took.
We ate some pretty amazing food: spanish rice, coleslaw, homemade hummus, guacomole, and salsa and then the staple BBQ foods: hamburgers, hotdogs, and corn on the cob. The corn on the cob was my favorite. The girl who made it used this recipe and it was AMAZING. I think I'm still detoxing from all the food. Oh! And the sangria and watermelon lemonade were out of this world too.
I love this picture of Eddie (my sister's boyfriend) and I. He is the best! I always joke that any picture I take with Eddie turns out fantastic because he might be the most photogenic person I know. ;)
Check out my leopard print nails!
Everytime I go to visit my sister, it takes me a good few hours to figure out what I want to wear....and then I get there and change into something of hers. I loving having sisters to share clothes with, I let her borrow a dress and in turn came home with this one. Win!
